From the start, the Studio has been as interested in two dimensional problems as it has been in three dimensional problems. Graphics projects are also free of the constraints that are germane to architecture, making graphic design more like a walk in the park than a workout at the gym. Even so, graphics problems and architectural ones are connected. With both, we attempt to convey ideas in two dimensions. For these ideas to live, they must be transformed - one relies on the imagination to make the ideas live and become spatial; the other's main purpose is to represent a three dimensional object.
